What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
If you see a PopUp, we will set a temporary cookie to count how many times the PopUp was displayed to you. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. If you enter any personal informations in the PopUp Form or choose to refuse the offer by clicking “Thanks, I’m not interested” a cookie will be set so we’ll not display the PopUp to you again. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
While you visit our site, we’ll track: location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like monitoring visitors.

What we collect and store
If you create an account on https://lab.digiteste.eu we will store your name and e-mail, which will be used to record the activity on the platform, such as completing the modules and test results.
Contact forms
Personal data is captured when you submit a contact form. We collect the Name and eMail address in order to reply back to your inquiry. We store this information for as long as is necessary to answer to your questions. We’ll not use your personal data for marketing purposes unless you previously requested.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
We are using Matomo to analyse how our user interact with our Service. Matomo is used to analyse the behaviour of the website visitors to identify potential pitfalls; not found pages, search engine indexing issues, which contents are the most appreciated… Once the data is processed (number of visitors reaching a not found pages, viewing only one page…), Matomo is generating reports for us to take action, for example changing the layout of the pages, publishing some fresh content… etc.
We don’t use analytical cookies and any personally identifiable information from data sets is removed , so any person browsing our Service remain anonymous.
Without the analytical data, we would not be able to provide you the service we are currently offering to you. Your data will be used only to improve the user experience on our website and help you find the information you are looking for.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 2 years for in order to make reports for the Erasmus + project. This includes your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Access controls within the organisation limit who may access information.
Teachers and the platform administrator have access to the information you provide us. For example, both administrators and teachers can access: information about the user and his activity on the platform: name, email, modules completed, test results, comments, etc.
Teachers have access to this information for educational purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
